  • Where are my products shipped from? We have warehouses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Colombia, Panama, China and Spain. We will always do our best to send from the nearest warehouse, but in some cases, we may need to ship from another warehouse.

  • Do you provide shipping to countries not on the shipping list? Yes, we can ship to almost any country; there may be shipping fees during checkout. To see if we ship to your country, please visit one of our global websites. During checkout, you will be able to see shipping fees for your country.

  • How do I track my order? You can log in to your account to track your order. You can log in here.

  • Why does my order still show as processing? If your order says “Processing”, it is being prepared for shipping. If it says “Shipped”, we’ve handed it off to a shipping carrier, and you can view any available tracking information in your account. If you do not have an account with us, tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

  • Can I ship to a different address than my billing address? Yes, you can and will have this option during checkout.

  • What if I cannot be there to accept my parcel upon delivery? If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier will leave a card with details as to where your parcel is. You can then contact them to arrange a mutually convenient time to re-deliver or alternatively arrange collection from a local post office.

  • Will I pay sales tax or customs on my international order? Depending on your country’s customs policy, yes, you may be charged tax or customs on your package. In most cases, if you are located in the following countries, you will not be charged: Canada, the United States, Colombia, Europe, and the United Kingdom. If we are out of stock of your item, then it may be shipped from another location and therefore incur fees. We will always do our best to send from the nearest warehouse.

  • Will I receive an invoice for my order? Yes, we will send you an invoice for your order via email. You can also log in to your account at any time to download your invoices, ensuring you have all the necessary documentation for your records.

  • Monsia does not take responsibility for untracked parcels that go missing.
  • We are not liable for delays, lost or damaged shipments, or orders sent to incorrect or invalid addresses.
  • While Monsia will assist in tracing a missing parcel, if untracked shipping is selected, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the carrier.
  • Monsia is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs due to delays caused by product availability.

Local Destination Tax & Duties:

  • Monsia has no control over customs or import duties that may be charged when the order reaches the destination country.
  • These charges can cause delays, and the customer will be responsible for paying them.
  • Monsia advises customers to check with their local customs agency before placing an order.

How to Claim Your Money Back:
